Store Policies
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Please make sure that all contact information is correct and up-to-date on your invoice.
- You will have 2 weeks to schedule pickup or delivery of your items after they arrive. Otherwise, you will be charged 15% of your total balance as a holding fee.
- Please note that we cannot hold a completed order over 30 days.
- We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit; take-apart service is available on many items.
DELIVERY POLICIES
- Deliveries are available Tuesday thru Saturday 11a-3p or 3p-7p. We cannot narrow your delivery time beyond the 4 hour window; however, the drivers will call you approximately 15 minutes before they arrive.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery; drivers cannot accept payments. No personal checks will be accepted for final payment.
- We require 3 days advance notice from the date of your delivery to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a $35 cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you miss your delivery, a new date will be arranged & you will be charged a 2nd delivery fee.
- Our drivers are not licensed to remove furniture, you may contact White Elephant at 773-883-6184 or Brown Elephant at www.howardbrown.org to have your old furniture removed before our drivers arrive.
PICK UP POLICIES
- Our warehouse is located at 2315 W 27th Street, Chicago, IL 60608 and is open Tuesday-Saturday 10a-2p. Unless otherwise stated, all pick ups are at this address.
- Your balance must be paid in full before you pick up. No payments are taken at the warehouse so call the store to make arrangements.
- When you come to pick up your furniture you MUST have your receipt/invoice with you. Warehouse staff will not release furniture without a copy of your invoice.
- Items picked up may require assembly; it is your responsibility to assemble items picked up.
